Return & Warranty Policy – Cellphone Accessories & Electronics
This policy outlines the terms and conditions for product warranty and returns applicable to both in-store purchases and online reseller orders. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms.
1. Limited Warranty Coverage
All cellphone accessories and electronic products are covered by a limited warranty of 7 days from the date of purchase (or delivery date for online orders).
What is Covered:
• Manufacturing defects
• Functional malfunctions under normal usage conditions
What is Not Covered:
• Physical damage (drops, cracks, dents, scratches, etc.)
• Water or liquid damage
• Burnt, tampered, or mishandled products
• Damage due to power surges or improper voltage
• Normal wear and tear
2. Return & Replacement Eligibility
Products may be returned or submitted for warranty claim within 7 days of purchase/delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility Requirements:
• Product must be in original condition
• Must include original packaging, accessories, and invoice
• Must show no signs of physical damage, misuse, or tampering
3. Restocking Fee & Charges
• A mandatory 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns (including reseller orders)
• Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable
• Customers/resellers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is defective or incorrect
4. Online Reseller Return Terms
For all online reseller purchases, the following additional conditions apply:
• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days from delivery date
• Items must be unused, resale-ready, and in original packaging
• Bulk or reseller returns are strictly subject to inspection and approval
• Unauthorized returns will be refused or returned at sender’s expense
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Warranty Items
The following items are not eligible for return or warranty:
• Products with physical or cosmetic damage
• Items with water/liquid exposure
• Used, incomplete, or altered products
• Products returned without original packaging or accessories
• Clearance, final sale, or specially discounted items (if applicable)
6. Inspection & Resolution
• All returned items are subject to technical inspection
• If approved, the product will be:
o Repaired, or
o Replaced, or
o Exchanged, at our discretion
• Refunds are not provided, unless required by applicable law
7. Important Notes
• Warranty period starts from purchase date (in-store) or delivery date (online orders)
• The company reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet the above conditions
• Policies may be updated without prior notice
